When I walked away from a successful international trade career in 2009 to answer my true calling, I made a sacred promise — to treat every animal in our care with the same extraordinary devotion, expertise, and love I give to my own companions: Dudley, my magnificent 45-year-old Yellow-Nape Amazon Parrot, and my beautiful cockatoos.

That promise has never wavered. Not once in 17 years.

Today, pet care is evolving at a breathtaking pace. AI-driven health technology. Advanced animal psychology. Precision nutrition. Behavioral enrichment science. We are living in a golden age of pet longevity — and at Creature Comforts Great & Small, our mission has always been to merge these state-of-the-art advancements with the kind of deeply personal, old-soul love that no algorithm can replicate.

The results speak for themselves: a flawless, 100% incident-free safety record across 17 years of operation. Not a single accident. Not a single serious illness. Not one health crisis under our watch.

We are not just pet sitters. We are your family's Rock of Gibraltar.

The Promise That Started It All

Seventeen years ago, I made a vow: that every animal who came through our doors would be treated as if they were my own.

Dudley — who has thrived under my care for almost 34 years and will soon be celebrating his 46th birthday — is living proof of what unwavering, expert devotion can do for an animal's longevity and quality of life. That same standard applies to every dog, cat, bird, reptile, and pocket pet we are privileged to serve.

The future of pet care is not just longer lives. It is better lives — richer, more stimulating, more deeply loved.

That is the Creature Comforts promise. And it is one we renew every single day.
