Paul Flotron

Owner & Founder, Creature Comforts Great & Small, LLC

My journey started in the 1970s in San Antonio, Texas. Helping my family raise and show Miniature Schnauzers sparked a lifelong pathway to evolve — that spark became a blazing fire. In 2009, I launched Creature Comforts Great & Small, LLC, and for 17 years our professional, customized business has operated on a simple truth: A Business With A Heart — always animals, always family.

We commit to giving your creatures the comfort they deserve. Throughout my life, one thread connects everything: a passionate dedication to creating a better world for animals. Over the decades, this mission has taken many forms — from pet therapy programs and community fundraisers to a radio show and national recognition.

A trusted colleague

An eternal thank you to a gifted colleague

Veterinarian examining a dog on a clinic table — the standard of care Dr. Pernikoff endorses

We are endlessly grateful for Dr. Douglas "Doug" Pernikoff — a prominent Missouri veterinarian, conservationist, and entrepreneur. Founder of the Clarkson-Wilson Veterinary Clinic in Chesterfield, creator of Dr. Doug's Vet-Pet Rescue, and former residential veterinarian at the Saint Louis Zoo, Dr. Doug's global expertise in primate research and captive ape care inspires our high standard of daily practice.

Paul has helped me learn and develop a true understanding of animal care and devotion. His boutique pet concierge service speaks for itself. Paul commits to each and every pet as though they were his own animals. His commitment to his service and his role on behalf of animal welfare represents the highest standard of responsible and knowledgeable care that I have seen in the animal industry. I have practiced veterinary medicine, animal rescue and general business for over 46 years. Paul is a special soul, and someone I am personally proud to call a true friend and a fellow animal lover.

What we stand for

A business with a heart

Always animals, always family

Every decision we make starts with one question: what's best for the animal? Not what's convenient — what's best. Your pets are family, and we treat them that way.

Unparalleled & comprehensive care

True care means looking at the whole pet. We bring veterinary-level attentiveness, behavioral insight, and genuine love to every single visit.

Community roots

We're not a franchise or a gig-economy app. We're your neighbors — invested in this community and accountable to the families we serve since 2009.

Radical transparency

You'll always know what's happening with your pet. Real-time updates, honest communication, and zero surprises — every time.
